Getting the iya app
We offer three ways to access iya on mobile: a native Android APK, an iOS web-app wrapper, and a responsive web version. Each path is designed for your device type and network conditions. Choose the option that suits your setup.
Installation steps
- Download: Visit our app page or scan the QR code to download the iya APK file (Android) or open our web app link (iOS).
- Install: On Android, enable "Unknown Sources" in Settings, then tap the APK file to install. On iOS, tap "Add to Home Screen" in Safari's share menu.
- Register or log in: Open the app, create a new account or log in with your existing iya credentials.
- Start playing: Complete your profile, make a deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank transfer, and explore slot games, live tables, and sports markets.
App versus browser: which is right for you
Our iya app offers offline caching, so you can browse game titles and tournament schedules even without an active internet connection. Push notifications alert you to new slot tournaments, Liga 1 match updates, and live-dealer table openings. The app also loads faster on slower 3G or 4G networks because it stores assets locally. However, the web version requires no installation and works on any device with a browser. Choose the app if you want speed and notifications; choose the browser if you prefer simplicity or use multiple devices. Both sync your account, balance, and game history in real time.
Device compatibility
Our iya app runs on Android 7.0 and above, covering most devices released in the past six years. On iOS, we support iOS 12 and later via our web-app wrapper. If your device is older, the web browser version remains fully functional. We regularly test on popular devices used in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang to ensure smooth performance on local networks.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the APK file does not install on Android, check that "Unknown Sources" is enabled in your device Settings under Security. Some devices require you to allow installation from a specific app (usually your file manager or browser). If you see a certificate warning, this is normal for direct APK downloads; tap "Install anyway" to proceed. On iOS, if "Add to Home Screen" does not appear, ensure you are using Safari and that you have enough storage space. If the app crashes after installation, try clearing your browser cache or reinstalling the APK. Our support team can help if issues persist.
Data, permissions, and account security
The iya app requests permission to access your device's storage (for offline caching), notifications (for tournament alerts), and camera (for identity verification during KYC). We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Your account credentials are stored securely on your device and never transmitted in plain text. If you lose your device, log in to your iya account from another device and change your password immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication if available in your account settings.
